In addition to the Probot driver, the Generic: Fraction Collection driver must be installed in the timebase.

Connection:

An RS-232 cable is shipped with the instrument.

Hardware and Software
Prerequisites:

A free 9-pin RS-232 port is required.

The µ-Carrier software (version 2.0 or later) must be installed and running in CM mode.

Restrictions:

  • Some operations run only in µ-Carrier.

  • Some features of µ-Carrier are not supported.

  • The performance of the Chromeleon Probot driver depends on the performance of the µ-Carrier command execution.
