The device driver also supports control of the Pharmacia SuperFrac Fraction Collector. Except that it is equipped with a 15-pin connector, this fraction collector is built in the same way as the SuperRac 2211 fraction collector.

Connection:

  • Dionex recommends addressing the LKB SuperRac 2211 and SuperFrac fraction collectors using a prefabricated and tested connection cable.

Hardware
Prerequisites:

  • A free RS-232 port.

  • Six free relay channels, for example, on the Dionex 16-relay ME63 (ISA) and ME630 (PCI) cards.

 Note:

In the Chromeleon Server Configuration, these relays are installed under Sharable Devices. (For more information about the program, refer to Software Installation and Communication  The Server Configuration Program.)
