Description:

The Relative Retention Time peak variable is the quotient of the peak retention time and the retention time of the corresponding reference peak expressed as a percentage.

The Reference Peak is specified in the peak table of the QNT Editor: Defining Retention Times and Reference Peaks

= Retention time of the corresponding reference peak

Parameters:

 

Reference Peak:

The relative retention time refers to the reference peak (default).

Fixed Peak:

The relative retention time refers to a user-defined peak. In this case, enter the name of the reference peak in the input field. Click the arrow, and then select a peak from the list of identified peaks.
