In the Chromeleon Server 
	 Configuration, add the driver to a timebase. For details, see  Adding, Configuring or Deleting Devices. 
	 After you add the driver, the configuration dialog opens automatically.

On each properties tab page, select the desired settings. For information about the settings on a page, click the Help button on a page or press F1.

Application
The valve type 819 is an injection valve that is usually used with the Gilson 215 Liquid Handler only. In this case, the Gilson Valve Module driver is not required, as the Gilson 215 driver supports up to two 819 injection valves.
While the valve type 819 supports two valve positions only, the other types support two to ten valve positions.
